An overview of 21st century job search process.  You’ll learn new ways of locating job openings, applying for jobs, and explore a variety of helpful online resources.

Up-to-date resume writing techniques will be presented.  You’ll learn what’s changed in resume writing, how to tailor your resume using key words, how to submit your resume online and more. Cover letter writing will also be presented.

Preparation is the key to handling a job interview. You’ll practice how to handle those difficult interview questions and learn how to deal with various types of interviews, including telephone and Skype interviews.

You’ll need to use a variety of strategies in your today’s challenging job market.  Networking, attending job fairs, performing informational interviews, and using your social media network. Staying motivated will also be discussed.

Their is a limit of 12 participants. Registration is required.
