Christmas Tree Lighting at Holyoke City Hall


Mayor Alex B. Morse invites the public to join him in celebrating the holiday season with the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 3, 2016.

From 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Santa will be holding "A Little Quiet Time With Santa for Little People." in the City Council Chambers. Youngsters 8 years old & younger can spend individual, special, peaceful moments on Santa's Lap to make sure that trier list's are heard by Santa himself! Moms & Dads can take precious pictures of the visit.

A local Girl Scout Troop will also be serving up homemade cookies & milk to celebrate the season. Crafts and stories will also available for all.

After Santa has his lunch at takes a quick nap, he will return on the Polar Express at 3:00 pm for an afternoon of fun and festivities!

Please remind folks that Mike Rondo the fantastic Ice Sculptor will be carving out another frosty masterpiece at the Holyoke Merry-Go-Round beginning at 2:30 pm.

City Hall will be home to a variety of crafts and cookies from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm as well as Hay Rides from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm.


As the grand finale, The Christmas Tree Lighting will be at 6:00 pm.
