Holyoke’s Historic Home to Host its First Art Fair in the Gardens

When: Saturday, April 30 & Sunday May 1 | 10am-4pm
Where: Wistariahurst Museum Gardens, 238 Cabot Street in Holyoke

Wistariahurst Museum is proud to host its first ever Garden Art Fair in collaboration with the Holyoke Arts Bazaar. Come enjoy the Spring weather, the smell of newly blooming flowers and, of course . . . local art.

Located in the lush gardens of Wistariahurst, the former Skinner family estate, the Art Fair will exhibit exclusive, original artwork including sculpture, painting, photography, fabric arts, fine art, glass, ceramics, wood crafts, furniture, and jewelry by artists living and working in the region. This is not a gallery show, all the artwork is for sale, so don’t forget your checkbook! In addition, the Wistariahurst volunteer gardeners, in coordination with the Western Massachusetts Master Gardeners Association, will have custom-made planters and a selection of plants on sale for those looking to get a jump on the garden season.

The Wistariahurst Garden Art Fair will be held Saturday, April 30 and Sunday,May 1 from 10 am to 4pm. A suggested donation of $5 benefits the Holyoke Creative Arts Center and Wistariahurst Museum. A special preview reception for Wistariahurst and Holyoke Creative Arts Center Members will be held on Friday night, April 29 from 5:30-7:30pm at the Wistariahurst Museum 238 Cabot Street in Holyoke, MA. Tickets to the preview event are $10.
